Avoid rush-hour madness and savor the sounds of American-born music at this program of free concerts for the entire family. For this prestigious series, Jazz at Lincoln Center and the U. S. State Department have collaborated to produce a tour featuring top performers of jazz, urban, and roots music. The performers were selected from applicants from around the country to represent American music and culture at venues overseas. Don’t miss this chance to hear some of the country’s finest musicians in advance of their tours abroad.
