This critically acclaimed film, winner of several awards, tells the story of two groups of young people from
different backgrounds, using the power of music to discover each other’s worlds. Ten classically trained
students from Boston traveled across the world for a life-changing cultural exchange with a group of students from Laikipia, Kenya, who have their own centuries-old tradition of music. A question and answer period with filmmaker Virginia Galloway follows the screening.
