In homemade wooden boats, J.J. Kelley and Josh Thomas traveled the 1,300-mile Inside Passage from Alaska to Seattle, facing the hardships that accompany a lifestyle predominantly removed from civilization. Their award-winning film offers a stunning display of the awe-inspiring landscape of the Pacific Northwest, while speaking to the beauty of people-power over a great distance. Paddle to Seattle was named “Best Documentary” at the Minneapolis Underground Film Festival, and was the audience choice for “Best of Festival” at the Port Townsend Film Festival.
