PURCHASING TICKETS
You may purchase tickets online, by phone or in person at the National Geographic Ticket Office with cash, check, or charge card. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We do not accept unpaid ticket reservations or hold tickets for in-person purchase later. Once your order is processed, you can choose to have your tickets held at the Box Office, mailed to your billing address, or mailed alternate address types.

WILL CALL
All tickets purchased less than 14 days from the event, your tickets will be automatically held at will call and can be picked up at the National Geographic Ticket Office.
GROUP SALES

TICKET & SERVICE FEES
All single ticket transactions purchased online or by phone are subject to appropriate Ticketing Services fees. For online orders, there is a service fee of $2.50 per single ticket and $5 per series package; and a $2 charge per order. For phone, fax, and mail orders, a $4 service fee is applied per order. No fees apply if purchased in person at
the National Geographic Ticket Office.
MEMBER DISCOUNT
Subscribe to National Geographic magazine to become a member, and receive special member ticket pricing. Suscribe online or call 1–800-647–5463. Member discount tickets must be ordered in advance only (by 4 p.m. ET on the day for evening programs, or by 5 p.m. ET the previous day for morning programs).
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All ticket sales are final; no exchanges or refunds are permitted.
CHILDREN‘S TICKETS AND ATTENDANCE POLICY
Unless noted otherwise, tickets for children age 12 and under are half the nonmember price. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket – no exceptions.

FREE PARKING
Free underground parking is available for ticket holders. Garage opens:
*5:30 PM for 6 PM events on weekdays
*1 hr prior for 6:30 PM or later events on weekdays
*1 hr prior for all events on weekends
BICYCLES
For evening and weekend events, bicycle parking is available on level P-1 of the garage and at bike racks on M Street. For weekday daytime events parking is only available at the M Street bike racks.
RECORDING DEVICES
Photography, videotaping or recording of any kind is strictly prohibited inside Grosvenor Auditorium. Please turn off your cell phones, pagers and refrain from text messaging during events. For Twitter-friendly events, please be sure to silence your phone.
LOST TICKETS
Lost or stolen tickets may be replaced for $3 per ticket. To request replacement tickets, call the Ticket Office at 202.857.7700 or visit the Will Call Desk at least 20 minutes prior to the event. A photo ID is required.
EVENT SEATING
Doors approximately 30 minutes prior to the event. Seating is general admission; there is no assigned seating.
LATE ARRIVALS
Events at National Geographic start promptly. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the event. If you are unavoidably delayed, you will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.

Sign Language Interpretation/Captioning
Sign language interpretation, captioning, and hearing assistance devices are available. Please call two weeks prior to your event to make arrangements.

STUDENT RUSH
For select shows, discount student tickets will be offered 45 minutes before the start of the show, first-come, first-served. Current student ID required; one ticket per ID.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Most performances will go on as scheduled, regardless of weather. If weather concerns arise on the day of an event, please check with the Ticket Office at 202.857.7700. In the event of cancellation, returns and exchanges will be processed upon request. In case of poor weather conditions, we will attempt to reschedule your visit for a later date in our current season. National Geographic Live will only issue a refund if the federal government is closed and our shows are cancelled for that day.
PROGRAM CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, the programs and artists scheduled to appear may be cancelled. As soon as any changes or cancellations are confirmed, the announcement will be posted to our website. The Ticket Office will also contact all patrons (please be sure we have your latest contact into), or you can call the Ticket Office at 202.857.7700.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Patrons are not allowed to carry beverages or food into the auditorium. Patrons should enjoy their refreshments in the lobby area.

When you order tickets online, by phone or in person, we automatically add your name and address to our mailing list. National Geographic understands that our patrons care about the personal information they provide.
