Explore the world and all that's in it at the National Geographic Museum. The museum is great for all ages and features a wide range of changing exhibitions, from interactive experiences to stunning photography exhibitions featuring the work of National Geographic explorers, photographers, and scientists.
The museum is centrally located in downtown Washington, D.C., just a few blocks from the White House. Tickets can be purchased online or in person at the museum ticket booth.
Due to special events, the museum will close early the following days:
On Thursday, December 12 the museum will close at 4:00 p.m.
On Friday, December 13 the museum will close at 3:00 p.m.
On Sunday, December 15 the museum will close at 5:00 p.m.
On Monday, December 16 the Women of Vision exhibition will close at 5:30 p.m.
On Tuesday, December 24 the museum will close at 3:00 p.m.
On Wednesday, December 25 the museum will be closed.
