NG Live Student Matinees – Frequently Asked Questions

1. Are the programs free or is there a fee associated with registering for the events?
These programs are free and open to all public and private school groups. Registration is required.

2. When does registration open this year?
Registration opens August 31, 2009. For the registration form, click here. Seats are limited so register early! Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

3. Are bus subsidies available?
Bus subsidies are available on a limited basis. If needed, please request a subsidy on the registration form.

4. How long are the events?
Matinees are approximately one hour long, including a Q & A session.

5. Will the content be appropriate for my class?
Please note grade-level appropriateness for each program before you register. Recommended grade-levels are listed on each speaker event page.

6. Are there any supplemental classroom materials?
To learn more about the speakers and to find related lesson plans, visit each speaker event page.

7. Is sign language interpretation available for these events?
Sign language interpretation is available with two weeks’ notification.
