Take a grand tour through the wonders of wild Africa as seen through the lens of Frans Lanting, in an exhibition of discoveries and insights from one of the world’s great photographers and storytellers.

For more than three decades, Frans Lanting has traveled in and out of Africa to chronicle its wildlife, people, and natural history for National Geographic. With Into Africa he leads us on a personal journey that covers the continent as he has experienced it himself, from the savannas of East Africa to the jungles of the Congo Basin, from the naturalist’s paradise of Madagascar and into the heart of Botswana’s Okavango Delta.

Along the way you’ll meet Africa’s most iconic wildlife and spectacular landscapes as captured by a master photographer who portrays wild creatures as ambassadors for the preservation of complete ecosystems, and whose work has increased worldwide awareness of endangered ecological treasures in the far corners of the earth.
