CHILDREN‘S TICKETS AND ATTENDANCE POLICY
All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket – no exceptions.
Free underground parking is available for National Geographic Live ticket holders beginning one hour prior to event start time. When turning at the corner of 16th Street and M Street onto M Street, the entrance to underground parking is immediately on the left. Patrons must show an event ticket or confirmation form to be admitted into the garage
Note: Parking is not available for Museum ticket holders.
TERRA FIRMA CAFE
Join us in the lobby for wine, beer, soda, and a variety of tasty finger foods available for purchase before events.
For evening and weekend events, bicycle parking is available on level P-1 of the garage and at bike racks on M Street. For weekday daytime events parking is only available at the M Street bike racks.
Photography, videotaping or recording of any kind is strictly prohibited inside Grosvenor Auditorium. Please turn off your cell phones, pagers and refrain from text messaging during events. For Twitter-friendly events, please be sure to silence your phone.

Events at National Geographic start promptly. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the event. If you are unavoidably delayed, you will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.

Most performances will go on as scheduled, regardless of weather. If weather concerns arise on the day of an event, please check with the Ticket Office at 202.857.7700. In the event of cancellation, returns and exchanges will be processed upon request. In case of poor weather conditions, we will attempt to reschedule your visit for a later date in our current season. National Geographic Live will only issue a refund if the federal government is closed and our shows are cancelled for that day.
PROGRAM CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, the programs and artists scheduled to appear may be cancelled. As soon as any changes or cancellations are confirmed, the announcement will be posted to our website. The Ticket Office will also contact all patrons (please be sure we have your latest contact into), or you can call the Ticket Office at 202.857.7700.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Patrons are not allowed to carry beverages or food into the auditorium. Patrons should enjoy their refreshments in the lobby area.
