SCHOOL AND YOUTH GROUPS:

Event Pricing:

    10 or more people: 15% off general public rate

Museum Pricing (groups of 25 or more):

    Adults: $9.50 each

    Children (ages 5–12): $7 each

    Add a private 3D movie screening to your group visit for just $5 per person (subject to availability)

How to Reserve a Group Visit

Hours: Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST

• OR fill out an online reservation form and email it to groupsales@ngs.org or submit via fax to 202.857.7747.

All reservation requests are subject to availability. Receipt of payment and completed letter of agreement guarantees your reservation.

Preparing for Your Visit
Detailed visit information, including arrival process and bus drop-off/pick-up information will be sent to you as part of your group reservation packet. Please note that there is no lunch space at National Geographic.

All exhibitions at that National Geographic Museum are self-guided. Visitor service staff and volunteer docents are available to answer questions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
No refunds will be made for cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to your visit date. Reservations canceled more than 30 days in advance of your visit date are refundable in full.

Please notify the Group Sales Office at 202.857.7281 of any changes to your reservation as soon as possible. Should you need to reschedule your visit or make changes to the number of tickets in your reservation, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Accessibility
Please call two weeks prior to your visit for sign language interpretation, captioning, or hearing assistance devices. The ramp to access the Museum is located on M Street just east of 17th Street. Call 202.857.7700 for details regarding wheelchair access Grosvenor Auditorium. A limited number of complimentary wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Inclement Weather Policy
National Geographic does not generally close due to weather conditions. Call 202.857.7588 to inquire whether the facility is open or closed. If the recording does not mention a closing, National Geographic is open. When the facility is open, tickets are nonrefundable. If the the facility closes due to inclement weather, group reservations may be rescheduled by contacting the Group Sales Office. Individual ticketholders will be offered alternate viewing hours, which will be posted to National Geographic’s website and phone line as soon as possible.
